Terms of Use.

These terms apply when you visit staffingreferrals.com or use a referral, rewards or jobs program that a staffing agency runs on the Staffing Referrals platform. By using them, you agree to these terms. If you don't agree, please don't use them. If your employer is a Staffing Referrals customer, its contract with us governs its use of the platform; these terms still apply to you as an individual.

1. Who does what

Staffing Referrals, Inc. provides the software. The staffing agency runs its own program: it sets the rules, the jobs and the rewards, decides who is hired or placed, and pays any rewards. Each program's rules are on its Referral Program Terms & Conditions page. On rewards and eligibility, those rules control. On everything else, these terms control.

2. Your account

Keep your sign-in private. You are responsible for activity on your account. Tell the agency or us right away if you think someone else is using it. You must be at least 16, and old enough to work where the job is.

3. Referrals

When you refer someone, you confirm that:

• they agreed to be contacted by the agency, including by text if you say so;
• the information you give is accurate and yours to share;
• you are not referring yourself under another name, or anyone who has asked not to be contacted.

The agency decides whether a referral is eligible. A referral may be marked not eligible if the person declines or opts out of contact, and that can affect your reward.

4. Rewards

• The agency sets and pays rewards under its program rules. Staffing Referrals does not.
• Gift cards are delivered by providers such as Tremendous, under their own terms, and may have expiration and use rules.
• Rewards may be taxable income. If you are the agency's employee, a bonus may be paid as wages. The agency may report other rewards to tax authorities when required. You are responsible for your own taxes.
• If you post about a program because of a reward, say clearly that you may get a reward for referrals.
• Rewards obtained by fraud, false referrals or breaking program rules may be withheld or reversed.

5. Texts and emails

Program texts are covered by our SMS Terms. Reply STOP to stop texts. Use the unsubscribe link in any email.

6. AI features

Some features use AI; for example, an agency's AI assistant may text you. AI output can be wrong. Don't rely on it for decisions about your job, pay or legal rights, and confirm important details with the agency.

7. Acceptable use

Don't:

• break the law or anyone's rights;
• send spam, or upload contacts or personal information you have no right to share;
• impersonate anyone or give false information;
• probe, scrape, overload or get around the security of the service;
• copy, resell or reverse engineer the service, or use it to build a competing product;
• upload malware.

We may suspend or end access for anyone who breaks these rules.

8. Content

The platform and website belong to Staffing Referrals or its licensors. Agency names and logos belong to the agencies. What you submit stays yours; you give the agency, and us on its behalf, permission to use it to run the program. If you send us feedback, we may use it without obligation to you.

9. Other services

The service links to and relies on other companies' services, such as gift card providers and the agency's own systems. Their terms apply, and we are not responsible for them.

10. Disclaimers

The service is provided "as is." To the extent the law allows, we disclaim all warranties, including merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose and non-infringement. We don't promise the service will be uninterrupted or error-free, or that any job, placement or reward will result.

11. Limitation of liability

To the extent the law allows, Staffing Referrals is not liable for indirect, incidental, special or consequential damages, or for lost profits or data. Our total liability to you is limited to $100. Some places don't allow these limits, so they may not apply to you.

12. Disputes

Colorado law governs these terms. Disputes go to the state or federal courts in Denver, Colorado.

13. Changes

We may update these terms. We will post changes here and update the date above. If you keep using the service after a change, you accept it. For material changes, we will give notice in the product or by email.
