Visiting our website, or using an agency's referral, rewards or jobs program as an individual? Our Terms of Use and SMS Terms apply to you. This page is for staffing agencies that buy Staffing Referrals.

Use of the Staffing Referrals platform is governed by the Staffing Referrals Master Services Agreement ("MSA") and its Product Addendum. The Product Addendum covers the Jobs Feature, AI Client Outreach, Talent Rewards, NPS Automation, and White Labeling. The MSA covers services, access rights, fees, term and termination, proprietary rights, warranties, indemnification, liability, and confidentiality.

If you are an existing customer with a signed MSA, these terms act as a Product Addendum to your existing agreement.

Privacy
