How to Gain Transparency Into the Entire Referral Process

Anastasia: I believe the question is: why do we choose Staffing Referrals, Herefish, Bullhorn, right? I’m going to take a different angle on this and talk about the combination of technology to meet the need to see data.

So, in this case, when selecting Staffing Referrals, we picked Staffing Referrals, obviously, as our referral platform. We look at Herefish, and we take Herefish as an inbound and outbound aggregation of information and communication.

So, for example, somebody comes in, clicks into Staffing Referrals. There’s different ways that it travels into our database and into our ATS and where it’s marked in a status where it comes from.

In the case of outbound communication, where we’re driving people through our program through Herefish, it’s really great for reach out to that group when they come back in, they’re coming through a very specific portal of Herefish, where we can see on our website all of our analytics and our Google analytics. We build a special spooler in the backend through a DaXtra product, which is also another marketplace partner, and it lands right our ATS with exactly where and how this person made it into our system.

The path is very transparent.

We can watch all of our data points and how referrals get into our ATS, whether they’re coming in from outbound, us inviting through an ATS, whether they’re coming in through a website, whether they’re coming in through a signature tag, we can actually watch a lot of this information, collect that data, then we can look at our referrals and say, “Alright, what’s the best way that we can solicit people? Are they more responsive to being invited? Or they more apt to come in and do it organically?”

So for me, in the case of all three partners, they all serve an expertise in the partnership that is unique from each other.

One houses my data, one transports my data, and one has a program of referrals.
